Do you wish you had an accurate, specific list of changes you could make to your trade show marketing program that would increase results and ROI? Would you like to be recognized as continuously improving the program and its impact on the company? If you had such a list, would you like to know how your needs are shared by your peers in the southeast chapter, perhaps creating the opportunity to work on improvement needs together?

Ed Jones of Constellation Communication Corp. is a well respected industry expert in trade show marketing measurement and ROI. He is a frequent speaker and supporter of our chapter. Ed has spent thirty years figuring out what makes trade show marketing results better and combined that knowledge into the developed the “Trade Show and Event Marketing Self-Assessment.” This tool enables you to diagnose your most potent improvement opportunities. And, Ed will compile the results of all of our participating members, compare the results and discuss approaches for initiating the most common improvement needs with the group.
 
Here is what you need to do:
 
1) Go to “Trade Show and Event Marketing Self-Assessment.” And complete your “Trade Show Marketing Self-Assessment.” It will take you about fifteen minutes. Instructions are given. Upon completion, you will see the personal list of your “Best Practices” and “Improvement Opportunities” on fifty elements of a successful trade show program. If you are an industry supplier, answer the questions as if you were your most important client. It will be an excellent consultative sales tool for working with your client on their most important needs.

Important Notes:
Print your personal list of improvement needs from the final screen to bring with you to the chapter meetings.
 
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU COMPLETE THIS BY THURSDAY JUNE 5th IF POSSIBLE, to allow Ed to compile overall results for the group.
 
2) Come to the TSEA lunch and bring your personal improvement list. Ed will share the combined results, highlighting the most common strengths and improvement needs for our group overall. This will allow you to see how you compare in capabilities and needs. (Your results are confidential and will not be shared with the group, only averages and totals).

This will be an excellent guide for topics and speakers for our future chapter meetings!
