Advocacy Committee The strongest part of our advocacy efforts comes directly from the expertise and energies of member volunteers who, in conjunction with TSEA's staff, offer their guidance and spend time on specific issues. The role of the Advocacy Committee is to act as an Exhibitor Advisory Committee for the exhibition industry. The identities of the members of this committee are kept confidential. CME© Advisory Council Board Liaison: Ann Pennino, CME, Praxair; Committee Chair: Rick Rinderle, CME-H, Novartis; Members: Judy Allen, CME, CMP, Ingram Book Group; Marie Chaban, CME, Black and McDonald. The CME© Advisory Council evaluates CME© and CME/H© applicants, monitors the current CME© program to ensure it accurately reflects the skills and requirements needed for the profession it serves, and recommends enhancements to the program.

Weisgal, CME, TSEA; Samantha Forehand, RealityWorks. The Education Committee plans, conducts and evaluates TSEA and TSEA Foundation educational programs including, but not limited to the Red Diamond Congress, the Master's, Emerging Leaders, road shows, webinars, and web-based training.
Finance Committee (comprised only of Board of Directors Members) TSEA’s Finance Committee reviews the long range financial position of the Association and makes recommendations concerning the investment of resources. Governance Committee (comprised only of Board of Directors Members) TSEA’s Governance Committee prepares the annual budget and advises on other matters that pertain to the financial stability, resources and needs of our organization.

TSEA’s Marketing Communications Committee assists and guides staff in the promotion of TSEA and its activities. The Committee works closely with the Membership Committee to market programs that attract new members and maintain existing members.

Nominating Committee (comprised only of Board Members) TSEA’s Nominating Committee seeks, evaluates and nominates qualified candidates to serve as TSEA officers and directors.
