TSEA's mentors are members of our association with diverse areas of expertise in all aspects the trade show and exhibit management who have offered to share their expertise with other members who may need assistance in their professional responsibilities.

To help chose the mentor who may best meet your needs, we have specified each mentor's specific area(s) of expertise based on the course catalogue for our CME and CME/H certifications programs.

  • Jeanine Becker, CME is a Kubik Account Executive with a wide range of experiences within the exhibit, event and environment businesses both domestically and internationally. She has extensive knowledge in developing strategies and budgets, implementing creative and cost saving solutions, and collaborating with creative to offer the best possible design. Interested in what people really want and finding ways to deliver it.

  • David Brull is a National Account Director for MC², an industry leader in exhibit and event design and production. David has 14 years of experience in face to face marketing, marketing communications, event management, marketing collateral development, project management, business development and research. He is responsible for developing strategic client relationships, overseeing all aspects of clients' projects from start to completion, and creating new business development strategies.

  • Jessica Farlow has worked in the industry for over ten years, and is currently Trade Show Manager for WhiteWave Foods. She got her start when she co-chaired the National Association of College and University Residence Hall (NACURH) Conference while attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. Since then, she has had a diverse career in the events and trade show industry. Her past employment includes Marketing Director for Whole Foods Market, Operations Department of New Hope Natural Media, and Marketing Director for Pet Promise. Jessica is also a recent appointee to TSEA's 2011/2012 Board of Directors and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Trade Show Manager.

  • Robin Gathman is the convention and meeting coordinator at PLANMECA USA, one of the world's largest dental equipment manufacturers with productsdistributed in over 90 countries. Robin has a strong background in all aspects of meeting and event planning and coordination. She also serves as a member of TSEA's Board of Directors, as the Chair of TSEA's Membership Committee, and as a member of the ABOUTFACE Editorial Advisory Committee.

  • Michael J. Hatch is a sales, business technology and trade show marketing consultant who for over 30-years and is President of HATCH Marketing & Consulting, a sales and marketing technology group. He has served on the TSEA Board of Directors, and received two of the association's most prestigious awards: the "Chairman's Award" for outstanding service to the industry, and "Best-of-Show" for creative exhibit design.

  • Steve Moskal is a 25 year-plus veteran of virtually all aspects of thetrade show and event industries including the design and production oflarge format graphics, modular system design and fabrication, property and event management and sales, sales management and training. He is one of the principals of Prairie Display/Chicago (a Nomadic DisplayPremium Partner) and is a currentmember of the TSEA Board of Directors and Financial Chair of the WindyCity Chapter of TSEA. He is the 20 1recipient of the TSEA President's Award for his contributions to TSEAand the industry and throughout the years has been featured as a guestspeaker on the trade show industry and sales management at seminarsand several college business programs.

  • Teri Nobbe, CME/H, has over 20 years experience as aTradeshow Manager at Hill-Rom, a leading worldwide manufacturer and provider of medical technologies and related services for the health care industry, located in Batesville, IN. Her education includes completion of 50+ credited hours through Exhibitor Show, in conjunction with Northern Illinois University. She is active in attending and supporting the Trade Show Exhibitors Association (TSEA) since 2001, attending the TS2, Master's Retreat, and serving on the TSEA Board of Directors and Education Board. Teri is a member of HealthCare Exhibitors Association (HCEA) and Windy City Chapter TSEA, as well as The Exhibitor Show. Teri also serves on various healthcare associations Exhibitor Advisory Councils (EAC) and Foundation Boards for Emergency Nurses Association(ENA). She has served as Vice-Chair and Chairman of the ENA EAC, American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), HealthCare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) American Organization Nurse Executives.

  • Michael Rapp is an exhibit marketer specializing in campaign driven programs that attract, retain, and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline. A senior manager over creative, web development and exhibits for Fujitsu Network Communications Inc., he helps invigorate the corporate brand and deliver objective and ROI based goal measurement. Michael is a member of the TSEA Board of Directors and also serves as Chair of TSEA's Education Committee.

  • Keith Reznick, President of Creative Training Solutions, was awarded the 2009 Trade Show Exhibitors Association's President's Award for the ongoing contribution he has made providing quality exhibitor and sales training programs to exhibitors and industry suppliers over the past twenty years. Keith is a very active member of the TSEA CME and CME/H Education Faculty. In addition to the work that he does for TSEA, Keith has also been a regular speaker at industry conventions including: TS2, Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association, CEMA, EDPA, and The Exhibitor Show.

  • Barry Siskind is one of North America's leading trade and consumer show experts and President of International Training and Management Company. Over the past twenty-five years, he has traveled throughout the world working with thousands of clients in virtually all industry groups in both the private and public sectors, helping them improve their results at trade and consumer shows. He is also the author of Powerful Exhibit Marketing and a primary contributor to ABOUTFACE.

  • Dana L. Tilghman, CTSM, CME, is a trade show veteran with 15+ years of experience. She is currently the Manager of Commercial Events at Omnyx, a GE Healthcare IT company. A huge advocate of face-to-face events, Dana is also an advisor for the Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) program and currently holds the CTSM and CME designations. From the initial strategy meetings, to wrapping up with a post show meeting, Dana is deeply immersed in events and is eager to share her expertise and knowledge.

  • Margit B. Weisgal, CME, TSEA’s President and CEO, has been involved with TSEA for over 20 years.  Her background includes television commercial production, sales promotion, marketing management, exhibit management and show management.  She is the author of Show and Sell: 133 Business Building Ways to Promote Your Trade Show, has written numerous articles on trade show promotions and trade show skills, and appears in industry publications and mainstream media such as Business Week.

  • John Zeltin, CME, CMP, is Senior Manager, Event Marketing at American Express where he develops and executes the annual global event, trade show, and sponsorship strategy for their Innovative Payments Group. John forms strategic alliances with key industry organizations and negotiates high impact sponsorships to insure maximum visibility, a strong presence in the industry, and positioning against the competition.

  • Jennifer Lee is the Trade Show & Event Manager for Sikorsky Military Systems.  In this capacity, she is responsible for leading an integrated team in the planning and executing of all military trade shows and special events with an annual budget of $6M.  She has been a member of TSEA for three years and serves on a committee.
