Cancellation of Event Insurance
The ShowDownsm Exhibitor Cancellation of Event program is unique in the industry. It covers an exhibitor's incurred costs if a show does not go "as planned". This policy pays claims arising from many of the circumstance that prevent the exhibitors from having a successful show.
Examples include loss due to a shipment's late arrival, unavailability of key staff due to adverse weather, illness or injury – even due to jury duty, and terrorism.
You have three choices of policy limits - $10,000, $25,000, and $50,000. Premiums are $150, $325, and $600, respectively.
This is one of “the world's best forms of sleep insurance” for exhibitors.
Exhibitor Liability Insurance
The Exhibitor Liability program pays for you if an event attendee or hall worker alleges that you caused an injury to them. It can also pay for you if another exhibitor or the hall where the show is held alleges that you damaged their property.

Foreign exhibitors whose liability insurance will not cover them at a U.S. show.
Exhibitors who find it easier to use this program rather than their corporate insurance
Exhibitors who do not have insurance.
The cost is $150 per event for a policy with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 per event.
